Dignity In Identity INQUIRY

Human beings do not enter society as blank slates, nor do they enter it as entirely self-created individuals. Identity emerges through a continuous negotiation between personal experience and social expectation. This inquiry explores how visibility, judgment, gender norms, cultural belonging, trauma, and labels shape that negotiation, and asks what it means to construct a self that remains larger than the categories imposed upon it.
